Keep in mind the offering doesn't close until Thursday per the Company.... so the slug of shares is not out there today.

I sold the last of my shares yesterday. Will monitor for a reentry point. I expect some bouncing for the rest of the week.

I’m out selling all of my shares this morning and taking my profits. I’ve ridden these down before thinking the price will rebound and it almost never does.

It’s 90 million more shares. A 10% dilution. Historically these things take a little while to play out, but we’re not in normal times.

Yeah, I was previously under the impression that this was some kind of deal where it wasn't diluting the outstanding shares.

it's still at $1.90/share, thus setting a hard floor for anyone that bought in at or below that price.
it also will infuse alot of $$$$ into the company putting it in a position to be cash forward with its activities, which should also help it (and its stock price) over time

Ya'll ready to ride this thing out? I have a few shares under $2.00 that I could sell in a couple accounts. Another account I'm in at $2.20, so I'm going to hold on to them. I'm expecting a bounce back, so I'll dump a few on the rise.

I'm not just riding, I bought more premarket. May continue to add if it sticks around 2 dollars for a week or so. I'm not sure if it will considering the steam it has right now, but we will see after 90 mil shares got added what happens even on a hot stock like this.

in AT's defense, he gets a lot of "what is the target price ?" and "what do you think about XYZ stock ?" he lists his target prices and has gone out of his way to do so, quit being lazy and inconsiderate (not you, but people in general), and he is a penny stock guy...whatever stock you are interested in is likely not on his radar.

They’ve issued nearly 800 million new shares in the last 9 months. I’m interested to see if they’ll talk about needing more capital after this most recent offering.
