I sold my BBY this morning and switched it over to more BRUN, then it popped. Lucky timing for me.

Yes. Ultimately, I only have conviction in two stocks, and that's just the way it is right now. It used to be just one.

I'm in capital preservation mode so I'm derisking while also keeping my foot on the gas for the two names that I have the highest conviction in.

I'm going to miss upside all over this stock market. I already have. But I'm just worn out from chasing. So I'm sticking to NBIS and OUST and doing some wheeling with OUST.

I only bought 50 shares when I opened my position. I need it to drop back into the 20s for a couple hours.

$BRUN this afternoon announced a multi-year GPU supply and AI cloud infrastructure deal worth over $471 million. That is YUGE.

I was an idiot for closing out my calls. Scared money don't make money. I had more than doubled up, but missed out on a really big move.

Sold just a few shares and warrants today due to the big move recently.

Small float. Hopefully everything is good with the earnings call Friday or Monday.

Didnt expect this with BRUN and im riding it.
Missed OUST and was bangin my head. Buddy sold Dell at 180 after holding for a year and now its killing. I sold AMD after they got demolished last quarter.. missed this huge run. Cant win em all but at least we got NBIS
Thankful for the few good wins

Good strategy. Don't beat yourself up over stocks that you thought about and missed out on. You will never hit them all, and once you start chasing, you end up losing while someone else takes profits. Just stick with your convictions.

To me, chasing means trying to find momentum/hype and not necessarily solid companies. Who signed a contract or got mentioned in the news today. NBIS is a perfect example. It is a great company, but too many people who invest in it want it to go up 100% next week, so they can sell for profits. Those who bought it and held were rewarded, and will continue to be rewarded. Those are the stocks I want to invest in. My NBIS stocks are now long term holds.

Good job. I took profits too early, too. I invested those profits in IREN calls and made good money, before selling those, too.

We forget the spontaneous frick ups where we have to cut losses. We also forget the solid investments where we made money and took profits. We tend to remember the missed opportunities for the longest.

I am a newbie to the stock game. Simple question: is it a bad decision for me to buy some BRUN at the moment? If i want to hold it for the foreseeable future? Thanks

I don't have a crystal ball, so I can't tell you that. I think everyone has to have their own process for determining what stocks they choose. Do your own due diligence and look for sources that you can gleen information from to help you make a decision.

Having said that, data centers are very much in demand. I own stock in NBIS, which has been a great buy over the past year. BRUN is an Nvidia-backed cloud provider. Not many companies have Nvidias backing and have the Exempler Cloud status for access to the latest chips. For long the long run, it would be on my shortlist to invest in in that sector.

Awesome, thank you for the insight. I did buy a share of NBIS. Besides my Thrivent mutual fund, I am just getting into the investing world. Starting with my Roth IRA.
