What's going on with Wal Mart stock? Why the constant down trend?

I'd start right here.
I can't make an argument for why WMT is trading above 25 P/E much less a forward P/E of 33.5
This is TWICE as expensive as NVDA on a foward basis.

They are tied to Taylor Farms and lettuce disaster. Processed lettuce is supposed to be treated with chroline bath before packing and tested. This Is literally done in the field with mobile processing plants

An extremely small sample here. My county has 2 supercenters. One built in 95 and the other in 06. We've needed another for at least 15 years but where they wanted to build was fought against by residents at every corner. They just recently broke ground on the third supercenter. During that same time we added a Kroger, 2 Aldis, Bj's wholesale and a Costco under construction Countless Dollar Generals and of course there's Amazon with 2 warehouse and a fulfillment center. In my county they are definitely losing market share.

It’s because I dropped them cold.
I used them for Grocery delivery in addition to buying other things that were delivered or shipped
They sent the Grocery delivery dude that parked in the middle of the street in front of my house and proceeded to lean into his car and pull his pants down below his drawers and then walk down my driveway with his pants in that position to drop my groceries off. I have pictures. I was taking a picture of him parking in the middle of my street and then he does that.
I canceled my Walmart+ account immediately and apologize to my neighbors for bringing that in our neighborhood.
I will never step inside a Walmart and certainly not spend any money there ever again.
If you show me that level of disrespect, then I write you off.
When I wrote you off, that is final.
No warning, no call.
I would like to think it’s people being disgusted with their grocery delivery drivers and dropping them.

I use them weekly for delivery. They are never late and 99% of the time all the items I paid for are there. I would rate their grocery delivery better than Amazon

It's not odd. They got that shite down pat. At least where I live.
Honestly I was using it for a reason. I had absolutely no other issues.
They sent absolute trash that I don't want anywhere around my house to deliver my groceries and that will not happen again.
I probably need to get out more anyway.

Old south LA custom was if you had a good friend, you put their picture on the wall with your families' pictures. If the friend or any of the family committed a turrible sin toward the family, you turned their picture to the wall. If someone asked, "Hey man, where has Thibodeaux been?" The answer was just "I turned his picture to the wall." Ther was no explanation necessary.

Unrelated but your post made me think of it:
The 71 Series of General Motors diesel engines were developed in the 1930s for initial use in passenger buses. The manufacturing technology of the time did not allow for great mating surfaces between parts on the engines so they were notoriously leaky as to the motor oil.
There was an old joke about a guy who ran a diesel repair shop who put a framed picture of a 6-71 engine on the wall and when his wife came by work the next day, she didn’t approve of his decoration and took the picture down only to find that there was now an oil stain on the wall where the picture had been.
It was a different time and there wasn’t much to make jokes about back then, you understand….
