marijuana stocks.
The trend to legalize it, is snowballing among states and now the feds. Soon they'll realize it is a tax base.
25 years from now people will be surprised we locked up people for having it.

I still LOL at that. Where'd all those people go?

Most likely writing letters to the bankruptcy judge. And unfortunately, I’m not joking.

If you can afford to lose it all but want a >80% chance of a multibagger in a few years, then ORGN is a very good stock to bet on.

They have enough money and funding to get their O2 plant finished in 2025 without dilution, that’s the only thing that really matters about their financials right now being pre revenue. Pretty sweet model where state and federal incentives fund at least half the plant capex. This drastically reduces the need for additional dilutive offerings compared to other pre revenue companies. I think once O1 plant proves production at scale in Q1 2023 then the licensing deals will pour in, those $ they can then use to avoid any more offerings at all.

Yeah looks like they are issuing a lot of shares to keep this going along with some funding. With the clear air act passed these types of companies will be a good watch. I just dont see this moving very much until next year and if they keep issuing shares it might not move much then. Thanks for the info will definitely keep on my watch list.

I think you may have been confused. I was saying that they won't be issuing shares for another 3 years or even more, given their ample cash on hand, state and federal bond financing, and state tax incentives, along with royalties they are likely to get from licensing deals that could come to fruition here soon. The only additional shares that get unlocked are earnout shares if the price goes above $15, $20, and $25 for a sustained amount of time by 2, 3, and 4 years in the future. The fully diluted shares if it goes above $25 soon would be about ~220M shares compared to ~140M shares outstanding today.
I do agree that you shouldn't expect much price movement until 2023.
