I need all the help I can get. Going from 2.6% rate to whatever it is now. Property taxes going from 7k to 27k a year.

Talked to a broker yesterday. He didn’t know my credit immediately, but I mentioned to him I saw 5.5% online. He told me that he’s been quoting majority low 6’s and that anything under 6 would take a credit score of 760 or higher. I’m at 790 so I’ll follow up with him at some point in the next couple of days to see.

I think we see high 4's in the next year but dont think it goes lower than that for some time.
