OK, from my life experiences (not reading):

Jews are indeed cheap. They buy their kids over sized clothes that they can 'grow into', they pick up pennies off the floor (especially funny when the fat Jewish mom I was with almost fell out of her chair in the attempt) and they are lousy tippers. They also don't flush the toilet after peeing to save on the water bill. That especially pissed me off when I roomed with Jews.

Blacks spend a lot of money on instant gratification. Like car ornaments, gold fronts for teeefus and drugs. I knew one frugal black guy who tried to go Jewish on the car ornaments. Instead of buying an expensive chrome naked lady for his truck he cut out the form in plywood and covered it with tin foil. It looked like a cub scout project gone wrong. But he drove it proudly.

White people spend LOTS of money on STUPID crap. Like lessons on how to sky dive when you might die, vacations climbing a mountain where you might die. Hey, if you're gonna risk death someone should pay YOU not you pay THEM. White people also spend money on stuff just to impress other white people. Like Sub-Zero Freezers, when cold just ain't cold enough. How friggin cold does it have to get?

Edit: Gays. I've never met a poor gay guy. But they always seemed frustrated with money. It's not like they overspent as much as they didn't keep track of what they were spending. They were all really bad at math.

Classic. Metrosexuals might be different, but I think women spend way more than most men on useless shite, then guys turn around and buy cars, high dollar electronics, or power tools. Can't tell you how much useless crap is in our house and clueless as to why it was ever purchased by the spouse.

Whites - they spend the shite out of it, but they at least have bank accounts

Blacks - they spend the shite out of it, particularly on luxuries (I think like 50% of all movie tix are bought by blax, even though they are only 13% of the population). In general, they are afraid of bank accounts.

Jews - they spend the shite out of it on luxuries, but they are painfully cheap and annoying on the small stuff.

Chinese - they spend the least by far. And also they work the most.
