I drive a 1992 Chrysler Imperial with aftermarket rims. How can I expect this to affect me personally?

How about a 1977 Chrysler Cordoba with rich Corinthian leather interior? I don't have one, but I remember the commercials with Ricardo Montalban pimping them. I do have a 1998 Dodge Ram that I will keep until it dies.

Alright guys, enough bragging. I get it, you all have totally SWeet 20+ year old discontinued model Dodges. At this point you're just trying to make me feel bad.

What I want to know is why in the hell does Obama get to tell them that they have to partner with Fiat ?

he gets to tell them to get a deal done because they took a shitpot of bailout money. I doubt anyone cares WHO the deal is done with, as long as it's somebody. And right now Fiat is probably the only one who wants to play.

fiat doesnt seem like a terrible move...at least it will give them a better foothold in the compact car/compact sedan market when they return to production. that's arguably where dodge hurt the worst.

Maybe marketing the 300M as a poor man's rolls royce wasn't a good move after all....

Nobody told them they had to. They just don't have any other choice.

Cerebus wanted to feed at the trough, but this time we finally said no.
