Your thoughts? I'm considering using Schwab for everything save my business account. What are your opinions and experiences with Schwab? Any horror stories?

I’m not like the rest of the OT ballers with millions in my account, but I find their apple app super easy to use along with their online platform. No complaints at all.

I’ve had no complaints at all, great customer service. I’ve had to file a couple of fraud claims and they’ve taken good care of me.

I’ve had accounts with Schwab for >10yrs and have nothing but good things to say. As mentioned, their app is user friendly, it offers mobile check depositing. They also offer an “intelligent” portfolio option that invests in ETF’s and allocates funds based on your preference on risk exposure at no additional cost.

No. Solid service. We use Schwab for some stuff we handle personally. Most of our accounts are w/ TD Ameritrade, just because when we first started investing years ago, TD Ameritrade (Waterhouse) was a better value than Schwab. Both are excellent. Have some money with Fidelity as well. Any of those are fine.

No complaints here., I’ve had accounts with them for over 15 years. I haven’t used their financial advising services but their customer service has always been helpful. It’s easy to transfer securities from external accounts to a Schwab account. I have had issues with transferring securities with other brokerages.

It’s been great for me.

My only complaint is when I call them they make you say “at Schwab, my voice is my password” TWICE. When I’m at work people who hear look and roll their eyes like I’m some rich prick

We transferred all assets from Fidelity to Schwab this year. Their fees are lower... web site is user friendly. Also our son works there too.
