Please identify the part of VABuckeye's post that makes you think he trusts Chinese officials and is 'rooting' for them.

You know, maybe a national retard registry isn't such a bad idea after all.

I'm certainly not rooting for them. As for trusting them, I trust them about as much as I trust the Trump administration, which is to say, not at all. Both have a history of saying whatever they want, no matter how divorced from reality. I don't know how supporters of the Xi regime spin it, but supporters of the Trump administration spin it as "negotiating tactics" or "people still somehow don't understand Trump".

So when the US says we're negotiating with China and China says they aren't negotiating with us, I mostly just shrug and move on with life, because there's no point in trying to figure out which is lying to me this time.

You've got my curiosity. What could meet that criteria, but only be produced with Chinese goods. Interesting.

Violin bow services. There are materials out of Argentina, but they’re not competitively priced compared to what gets processed in China, and the quality is suspect.

I think a lot of people don't realize how crazy Q3 has the potential to be. I hope I'm wrong and it was just a hiccup, but what I'm seeing in regards to my industry is that we'll start seeing things get a little wonky towards the end of June.

Yeah, SDV is so far out there that his reading comprehension skills are gone. He'd rather just think that he can read peoples minds.

I think job reports are going to start getting incredibly ugly in the coming months. I work for a huge worldwide bank and they've slashed 40% of their job listings in the past 2 weeks. I imagine similar is going on at most big companies.

How is not paying money to export our products bad for our economy? Why were all the other countries tariffing and trade restricting our exports good for them but won't be good for us?

The warning shot has been fired.

Companies still relying on China after this have no room to complain when the next round of Tariffs hit when china continues its bullshite.

Feel the pain, and frick your money if it is in any way invested in or profits off of china.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but all I’m actively rooting for is for the President to keep his head out of his arse. Or, in the alternative, for Congress to pass laws that ensure presidents won’t be able to shove their heads quite so far up their asses in the future.

Just got this email from one of my suppliers. I removed the companies name, email, and number:

“Due to recent changes, US tariffs on imports from China have increased significantly, reaching an extraordinary 145%. Given that our horsehair products are sourced exclusively from China, we must, unfortunately, pass these additional costs on to our customers.

Our existing inventory is almost sold out because of the tariff situation. Please click the button below to see all of the bowhair currently available.

We are currently taking pre-orders by email, text, or phone to... Pre-ordered horsehair will be imported from China and typically delivered to you within approximately 14 days. The additional tariff will appear clearly on your invoice as a 100% "Shipping/Import Fee."

We genuinely hope these tariffs are temporary and will be reduced soon. We deeply appreciate your patience and continued support during this challenging period. If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,”

“You have to have faith in Dear Leader, bro. Just trust me, bro. You’re going to be so tired of winning, bro…”

What was it when I was complaining about Congress ceding its war powers to Bush? BDS? How about all of my complaining about executive overreach under Obama? ODS? Or did it only become a problem when the cult decided that Dear Leader was beyond reproach?
