They can easily find out, IF they want to. Anything that can be recorded in a casino basically is (in terms of money exchange, video, etc.).

The question, as always, is enforcement/desire.

The language in the bill seems to indicate it’s not as harsh as mentioned. Need an actual accountant to decipher

I mean if you cash out a $200 winning ticket, is it in the best interest of the casino to ask for your social?
