The dollar is really strong - are there any buys in this market/ currency trades?

Aka does your investment portfolio have any trades related to the strength of the dollar aka I should I buy some foreign bonds?

Is it strong? Just because it may be “strong” when compared to other fiat currencies doesn’t mean much, except maybe if you’re in the market for a second home in France or Italy. When it comes to purchasing power, the dollar is much weaker than it used to be.

I'm looking at some places in Portugal. Euro is almost at parity now.

It is a great time to take advantage of the weak peso. I think Trump actually helps their economy bounce back nicely if Shinebaum plays ball (she will).
