ETSY had a nice report. Don't see what justifies TDOC to drop and ETSY to hold steady, while PINS blows its load.

The TDOC/LVGO combined numbers are great.
FSLY with good enough numbers it may rebound from here.
PINS crushed good for them

Am I wrong with this:
PINS great long term hold.
FVRR, ETSY great while covid is a concern. (TDOC too).

I finally bought PINS today on the Dip and had no idea today was earnings day...kind of sloppy actually.
Sometimes you get lucky, they are up 27% after hours!

I don't get why dome explode and others don't.

I think those are all great long term holds.
I don't see PINS as different from the others you listed.
Of those companies I like ETSY the most

After hours Pins can not be stopped, it can not be reasoned with

what a ridiculous afternoon this has been
at close I was down 3K
at 330 I was down 13K
at 530 I’m almost back to even

I had a sell order in PINS call spreads that didn't fill

Are y’all trimming some profits on PINS or letting it ride?
Posted on 10/28/20 at 7:19 pm to Allthatfades
PINS closed AH at 64.90 at the high of the day.
amazing
even more amazing, with all the wild market swings since last earnings (8/5), PINS’s lowest dip was from 38 to 35. Other than that it has risen slowly but steadily seemingly immune to selling pressure
PINS will be a monster

Selling at the open most likely. If you're in shares you're playing a different game then me though so don't think my opinion matters.

I’m in mid 30’s. I’m long haul here. I keep trying to find new entry points but like said before, haven’t had too many large drops. Today was actually a good time but I wanted to see earnings first. Too bad

Im debating on selling about 25% of my position in PINS so I can get back into fastly. I sold off all my fastly at 81 and put it into pins, but I believe the worst is over for fastly now
Posted on 10/28/20 at 8:17 pm to dltigers3
Yeah I am about to really up my position in fastly. I sold off at 120 and rebought at 75. I’m selling off a few other positions tomorrow for more, just have to figure out what. It’s hard for me to do anything with PINS.

let’s pour one out for LVGO today...
this may have been their last earnings report, and as usual they crushed it.
I rode this thoroughbred from 48 to 150 in a matter of months, and it was on the way to 200 or 250 before the merger announcement. I still look at it on my dashboard every day and ponder “what if”
so long LVGO and thanks for all the fish
