That 11.33 will be subject to taxes, so perhaps that’s priced in? Definitely a strange situation.
I decided to re-establish a position when TDOC jumped back over 200 this afternoon. I read that the majority of LVGO shares are owned by their execs/directors and institutions. There’s no way they vote against it, so it’s a lock.
LVGO was already going to be a beast here in the US market, once it taps into TDOCs existing international channels, it’s going to make the new TDOC explode.

the only thing I can think of is, if you think TDOC is a 300 stock for example, all you should care about right now is accumulating numbers of shares. When the merger executes, LVGO holders will get fractional TDOC and cash...maybe the market would rather have the shares than cash, and that price gap is the penalty for that
can’t say I disagree but I do think the 11.33 cash is a decent hedge on the position as it won’t change even if the price goes down

Any of you guys taken a look at LL the last couple of weeks? I’m up over 22% on it. Not sure how high this can go, but they seem to be doing well and people seem to be in the mood for renovations and building during all of this.

Yes, I’m happy with SE and WMT earnings today. Wondering if WMT will run any with this.

I didn't realize earnings were this am. Congrats to y'all who are in. I've been watching, but never pulled the trigger. I will start a position when it has a down day.

I've got some SE and I'm about to put in more.
