What are the chances SRNE drops back to $3? This run seems to be fueled only by the announcement that a buyout at $5/share had been rejected.

No, that's just Robinhood doing Robinhood things. They announced Q3 earnings in November. Next earnings date is Feb. 7th according to Earnings Whisper.

I had the day off so I figured i'd dig in here since I had a chance on a sick day.

I'm finding a couple different red flags about management that made me wonder.

Wildcat capital issues letter requesting remove of henry ji

also seems they're in business with Patrick Soon-Shiong and suing him for breach of contracts while he says they didn't live up to their obligations.

These two in combination made me a little nervous but then again I don't know the story here so hoping someone might let mek now what else they've found.

After reading some more about this, it seems pretty obvious that Soon-Shiong is trying to bury a drug that would compete with his Abraxane monopoly...

LINK

His "didn't live up to obligations" claim doesn't really pass muster

The judge presiding over the lawsuits regarding Patrick Soon-Shiong set an actual court date today, and looks like he also decided to grab the corresponding counter suits and hear those as well. This judge seems pretty pissed off at the way Soon-Shiong is handling this....

From everything I've seen, Soon-Shiong is stalling the lawsuit, probably hoping that Sorrento runs out of money.

This is some pretty shady stuff

I was gifted a few hundred shares of MNPR in it's recent ipo, anyone here able to tell me the best ways to analyze these micro-cap biopharmaceutical stocks.

ETA: thought this thread would be a good place to ask. Didn't want to start a new thread.
