We are still lovable lol.
Yes some (me to a degree) have some nerves - natural when the numbers become material to net worth and the deadlines seem to move. As I mentioned, when I started this thread the CEO reps were October for everything. Yes I thought that was optimistic but this is definitely taken its time... so I think nerves are natural

I am unable to have my nerves flicked on. This was a 4 year hold for me. I hold my pecker, with diamond hands and graphene gloves. See y'all at the end of the decade.
Welcome, SuperMiller.
Welcome, SuperMiller.

What is the story behind the beer can? Something to do with Jax? I thought I’ve been following this thread pretty closely but I’ve missed something I’m pretty sure.

When his daughter took pics of the Austin office, there was a beer can on the ground. If the can was still there when she revisits the office a week later, it is assumed that not much work was done. It’s as if Omar Little was interested in Hydrograph.

I got in at 84 cents but now my basis is $3.00 because I've taken profits several times, then bought back in. I don't know what there is to be nervous about. Even at $5.80 I'd admonish anyone to get in now, plan to hold for a while and relax

Awfully low volume so far.

I like your thread anyway
I think a lot of folks looked at this as a binary investment. All or nothing, so it is easy to sit back and watch when the stock is under $1/share.
We have graduated, if you will, to the point, where the future of the company and stock price depends on the execution of the executive team, rather than a government approval. As a result, I think a lot of people are thinking of this stock as a "regular" stock and not a speculative stock, and critiquing it accordingly.
I don't think it's negativity, I think with the higher price, comes a greater responsibility to look at the negatives, as well as the positives. Many folks have gone from owning an "afterthought" stock that they threw $15k as a spec play, to owning a stock that is a significant part of their portfolio. It's getting treated differently, now.

What is everyone thinking on where this stock goes after the AGM?
I can see it going either way. They could have positive news on the production front government collaborations, demand estimates, and this meeting is a catalyst.that get's us to an ATH.
I can also see positive news about the HQ, production buildout, etc, being viewed as "expected", while no clear guidance on potential customers and demand could lead to another short attack.
Thoughts?
ETA: I think they need to give us a surprise or two - a nugget of information that we were not aware of that gets people excited, and it will go up. I'm hopeful of that, because it seems that they have deliberately been quiet about leaking information for a while, now.

This! With success comes scrutiny. Some (many actually) of the goals that have been mentioned have not come to pass in the timeline stated and many have yet to happen at all.
Could be a good thing as long as those "milestones" do in fact happen, it means there is plenty of runway out beyond today to look forward to and the price/share is currently in a good spot.
They are under more of a spotlight now, the next few months could gain or lose significant creditability with a broad demographic of investors, just reality.

If it's a recycled message with different dates attached, then hold onto your butts in the near term, a sell off will happen.
If they release a surprise or 2 then it could be a good week up until 10 minutes before market close on Friday were retail dumps shares in favor of weekend beer money.

I think this is why volume is so low this morning. People are waiting to see.

I'm not expecting much to come out of today's AGM. If anyone is expecting an announcement of some 1000 ton customer or DoW contract, they're likely in for disappointment.
Progress has been good, so they'll get to spike to football on some things - but I'd most like to hear about some more definitive timelines on things that we all expect, but that have been a little vague thus far: NASDAQ, commissioning of additional hyperions, anticipated gas contract, etc.

Here is the agenda. PDF Warning...

I suspect it will be a boring meeting, but maybe they sneak some news in.

I'm not expecting that. Too early.

This. I hope they don't think announcing the HQ opening and a new gas contract is going to excite investors. I hope information on the Army collaboration, a small number of contracts signed, or a tick up in expected hyperions by year end is announced.

I am not sure how much of a meeting it will be.
The address of the meeting is their law firms (Miller Thomson)

Regarding the "poison pill" that HGRAF is voting for today.
If anyone acquires 20% or more of the Hydrograph stock without board approval, the poison pill will take effect, and existing shareholders will be able to buy more shares at a 50% discount, thus heavily diluting the hostile buyers shares and making it very difficult for them to take over.
What are you going to do in this scenario?

Hilarious that people leave their camera on for these kinds of meetings.
