If r/WSB is correct, on Friday some of the shorts will be forced to close their positions. Essentially market buying enough to cover. Friday could be explosive.

Sure. It can pop or dive AH. I’m not being a smart arse, but it’s simply a matter of more sellers (selling volume) than buyers. AH is much more thinly traded and the spreads are typically wider, so the swings can be more dramatic. What happens AH and pre-market may (or may not) carry over into the next session.
Only you know how strong of a hand you have. But realize that you’re playing with a stock that has 500%+ implied volatility and a 100% IV rank. What does that mean? Means that 0% of the time is GME more volatile than it is right now. Tread carefully. Anything could happen.
