Made an absolute killing on this and closed it out yesterday from $18 to $335 but I really feel badly for all the retail investors who were buying and holding and got smoked by RobinHood.

Really sad.

The longs are trying to take their profits.

Depends on timing. If the price plummets from longs taking profits sufficiently enough before they have to cover then they will escape with far less losses than expected.

This is not financial advice

With volume so damn low and like 80% of would be buyers locked out, this screams bullshite dip. Diamond hands baws

Lets see if the Streisand effect hits GME.... this wont go over well. You could have investors piling in from worldwide . .. .. I do believe the short float is still like 125%? Its main street vs wall street. For a lot of people this is personal - this is their Alamo

No way the shorts covered yet or close. Volume is way way too low for them to do that.

from the other thread, THIS is likely going to lead to some investigations. clearly there is collusion to manipulate the market going on

i don't know if "but we felt they were committing fraud" will be enough, b/c then shouldn't they halt ALL trading?

I've also seen a theory where they broker or mm who has to stay neutral on delta by days end, could instead of staying neutral on every trade, perhaps let one side build up (like driving price down) and then balance it out by end of day (like 1 hour bump up). This would force panic sell for some. Don't know how true it could be, but I'm sure they know all the tricks.

Man, IDK about this. Since Robinhood kept longs from buying this morning that allowed the hedges to cover their positions. How much? IDK. But the manipulation to protect the hedges by Robinhood is bullshite.

Been an awesome ride guys.. I sold everything but 2 shares this morning at around $290. Average cost was $31, had to lock those in. What a week I am exhausted

Here comes the CNBC analysts saying “see! We were trying to prevent you guys from bagholding!” When in reality they CAUSED the bagholding.
