Online ticket reseller for 12 years. Once you know what you're doing, it is fairly straightforward and very profitable.

I love flipping stuff on ebay. It's crazy the things i find at garage sales, estate sales and thrift stores. I do it at my convenience and make great side money. Also can find stuff on facebook marketplace to flip. Plenty of youtube videos that show people flipping things on ebay and amazon. Once you get into it you learn what to look for pretty quick.

Flip items from the Craigslist Free section.

It’s usually couches and chairs, but some tables and other miscellaneous items come across. I walk away from half of them because they’re absolute junk. Clean it up, take photos with good lighting, and post it back for a profit.

I can turn good things over the same day for a couple hundred bucks.

Real estate. Easy to get your license online. Most people have a couple friends they know close enough that are buying or selling a house each year. It’s a great side hustle. I really like real estate so I see it as a hobby. The first year I did it I only made a couple grand but the second year I’ve made $50k already through four months and have several more deals on the horizon.

Guess I should delete my comment now that I’ve read your username haha

Large scale buyers with relationships with venues and artists. They’re all in bed together. I can’t compete with that so I don’t focus on the presales or onsales. I focus on getting tickets closer to the event date. Has worked very well.
