I got a canned email from chase yesterday as well. Basically saying, we see you input your name on the website. Don’t call us, we’ll call you. And in top of that, the actual humans in the branch will not have any information or guidance. So don’t ask.
Pretty abysmal and pathetic. The big banks are clearly not a fan of helping businesses right now. And they should be called out.

This is why there’s really no way this can be first come, first serve.
Not really blaming the banks either though, a lot put on their plate with little guidance

We have all of our info submitted to our bank, which is thankfully a smaller bank that cares about us. Now it's just a waiting game to see if we made it or not. Hopefully we get good news or things are going to get interesting, and by interesting I mean bad.

Have you gone to the loanstatus.regions.com recently and can't login? I am dealing with that right now trying to upload docs. Was able to get the application done but cant seem to login to the next step portal.

I was finally able to upload everything. At least I think I was...what the hell is the "Miscellaneous Documents"? It said upload all documents that aren't required or something along those lines; wondering how exactly I'm supposed to know what documents to upload that aren't required

Anyone have any success with Capital One yet?
I was told this morning that they hope to start accepting applications "within a few days". Cap One is our primary bank, but we've also got an account with Chase and I'm wondering if I should go ahead and try to get something done with them.

I was able to upload all docs regions requested. For the miscellaneous I just uploaded a word doc that said not applicable. So I guess now we just wait to hear from regions? Hopefully there advanced software can push us through to get approved and money distributed quickly.

This is what I did as well, I uploaded a pdf that explained any docs that I didn't have. During a tree audit or loan process that wouldn't work, but this was recommended by my banker and there was no way I wanted to leave any spaces blank.

Chase isn't any better. Still no contact after email Saturday.

Chase doesn’t want to do these loans it seems like at least at this point.

You can now do the app online with Chase.

Father In Law works at Hancock Whitney, says the banks want no part of this. I have Capital One for business and they clearly are dragging their feet and aren't interested in having to do this.

Can anyone tell me if they are including employer's share of FICA in their payroll cost figure?
I saw Paychex and Gusto are both including the employer's share of FICA that is assessed to the employer in the payroll cost calculation.
However, payroll costs per the CARES Act excludes "‘‘(bb) taxes imposed or withheld under
chapters 21, 22, or 24 of the Internal Revenue
Code of 1986 during the covered period;"

I get it for businesses that are likely to go under, but I’m not. I’m doing $0 in revenue this week but long term I’ll be fine. That’s what pisses me off. If Regions fricks this up I’ll leave them.
In the future I’m going to make a large bank contact and small bank. No reason to have a single banker these days. They are only out for themselves.

Thanks. I wish Chase would have called or emailed me and let me know. Of course when I try to do the application online it wont let me. It says I have to call due to an account profile question.
