The absence of a 10K or a long period by a company of not filing a 10k is usually indicative of a P&D scheme. There are only two reasons that RTON is not trading higher and that the 10k was last filed in August of 2020 and because they have too many shares of stock. If the company was smart they would follow the same model that WDLF is doing which is getting rid of the extra shares which suppressed price.
There is alway risk but this company I have done a ton of due diligence on now and its legit however I want to actually see what the product is like before I sink another $25k in it because I suspect the 10k is going to be really strong especially after they just announced they paid off two credit lines last week.

I read in the Facebook group that one of the posters ordered some delta-8 gummies and ate them just like candy. He said he was couched for a couple of days.

So RTON is delivering their products nationwide via USPS and their distribution network which means their demand must be off the charts in states where THC is still illegal.
A engineer/attorney friend of mine drove to the store in Carrollton, Texas yesterday and he said the place is legit. He said they had around15 working yesterday moving merchandise out and there was a long line of people buying their product in the store.
The 10k should look healthy and fat with cash from this model when they file it.
He said they told him they are building up the ENDO cigarette line for national growth when the marijuana bill is passed because they believe every convenience store and truck stop across the US will carry their line.

I'm not sure yet what my sell strategy will be. As of right now it would be .1 but if the filings come out and it looks stronger than advertised I'll keep it because it could go to the 1 dollar range.

The latest indication that RTON is about to go current is this which was filed at 1:30 PM today which is when the stock jumped to .004.

Ive decided to make this my lotto play. Im almost at a million shares now and cost avg at .0034. I might just make it an even million shares and bring my avg price to .0037 or below and let it ride. It seems pretty low risk to me for the high reward potential. It wouldnt shock me if it traded around .10, but I'd probably stick it out if it gets there and shoot for $1+
