There’s too much of a contrast between what I see from the products and sales and this filing issue. I’m not familiar enough with the SEC rules, but a delisting would clean us all out, but this doesn’t seem like a company to be that. My wires are crossed.

Agree with you completely which is why I'm really torn but at the same time I see this sucker dropping like a lead weight tomorrow. I also do not want to be the guy left holding the light switch.
Whoever it was that posted on facebook you might want to go back and edit your post so it shows 100 million shares not 10 million. Hell I have more than three times that number myself.

I’m not on the Facebook group but someone should send them a link to the MB so they can see how many investors are pulling out tonight. I hold 9 million shares.

it’s almost .0036 so been trading around my break even all week. I’d like to take a long position here so if it dumps I may be buying even more. unless of course y’all are able to come across enough FUD from management to change my mind. I have a pretty crap social media presence so I don’t know what happens on their FB page but it sounds to me like that’s where any updates are being shared.

I'm officially out after reading some more comments onine on the why the 10K wasn't filed. Apparently it will now be filed on April 15th and expectation is that the information contained in the 10k is will be brutal. High debt, more dilution, and the revenues are not as expected.
I put a stop limit of .002 in tomorrow because I think this thing is going to drop like a rock and I want out before it hits .001

I had gotten a creepy vibe the few pics I saw Grissafi in. He's a greasy bastard. Like he probably has golf clubs in his trunk with blood on them

I sold as well, and didn't have anywhere near the position as some of you, but you'd figure this thing would tank a bit more if we had as much impact as we were assuming.
