Is this thing legit or no? The reviews are wildly inconsistent. I must admit that free trades seem a little too good to be true.

Legit. Childhood friend is a top programmer for them. We had a 2 hour convo a couple months back about their revenue streams, ultimate vision, etc. that was enlightening. I wouldn’t use it for day trading, but for longer term buy and hold investing, it’s great. Saved thousands on commissions in the past 4 years. Plus they add a new feature all the time.

yes. easy peazy. your cash in robinhood doesn't earn you interest (this is one of their revenue streams.)
