So, right now what is this 5% worth?
5% at 55 $/barrel (WTI minus transportation of 15) on say 5 KBD is $13,75 K$/day. Assuming some maintenance is required - let's day 80% reliability. So, 13.75 * 365 * 0.8 equals 4 M$/year. Then subtract say 25% for taxes and assuming an oil industry EPS of 12. I get a capitalization of 4 *.75 * 12 = 38 M$. If they get up to 10 KB this becomes 76 M$

The 76 would be market capitalization not share price. Anyway, after looking at all their press releases I put a limit buy for 20 K at .112...we'll see (edit: got it)...still would like to know why they failed to get uplisted.. maybe too much of selling stock for money, but jeez they need the money to make money...assuming they're using it for mineral rights, buying tech, and equipment.

I bought in the other day when I first say you mention it at like 0.13. When are you personally planning to start selling some and taking some profits? I konw, do your own research blah blah, just wondering what you specifically had in mind.

They've been raising money for years with stock offerings. Nothing new and for the oil business, more justified than software companies. The shares are offered at .12 the current price is .088. The director of the company is buying some of the shares. Not sure I like the loan (3M$) with an interest of 10% (I believe the company can pay with stock at 0.12). Total of money raised is approx. 5M$. Near as I can tell all this completes/stops in 48 months.
