I've been pumping into CSX for the long term. Little dips here and there, but they're a constant gainer with dividend. The major class 1 railroads aren't going anywhere now that there's pretty much only 4 US and 2 Canadian companies operating in the country now. They just did a 1:3 split a few months ago so it's going to be marching back up to $100 over the next few years from their current spot at $36.

Abandoned? Nah, but I'm gonna diversify at some point. Got in Tesla at 563 earlier in year. Wanted to sooner but was still buying SLI. I have a feeling I'll still be holding some SLI 25 years from now, but lithium may not be the bread winner anymore. Desalinating brine/seawater. Purification of industrial waste water. Extraction of other trace elements on Mars/Moon.

My Tesla holdings are dwarfed by SLI.

MSFT. Its expensive but they are in everything: Data analytics , AI, etc.. Not to mention they still run the Windows operating systems and all the legacy stuff.

I was tempted to post a Cryogenic producer.

APD (Air Products) was at ~$150 then, it’s now at ~$300.

I wouldnt say sears. They are changing with the times. A lot of their supercenters will be opening Medical clinics in them. The local WMT one by my house is almost completed. I own a small amount of WMT and if anything expect the stock to start going up not down in the next few years.

25 Years is a long time: god willing, we’ll both be around to see who’s opinion was correct.

Sears wasn’t the bad Sears until their world changed and they became the bad Sears.

If the next 25 years are like the last 25 years have been, they’ll be more radical changes in store for commerce.

Maybe WMT stays ahead of the curve. Maybe not.

SE. Bought in around $88 May 2020. They are strategically entering other countries outside SE Asia. E-commerce, digital finance, and gaming. This is my highest conviction GROWTH stock. It will be at least $1k by 2024. And Amazon’s biggest competitor.
