I am not sure I explained what I intend. I want to do a buy to open weekly put on NBIS at $200 with a premium of around $600 and if it gets down below $200 I buy and if it doesn't I keep the premium and rinse and repeat. I want to buy another 100 shares but prefer doing it with a premium making my buy cost at $194. Des that make sense? I will do the same with OUST trying to buy 200 shares through puts. I will tie up about 25K for a week until I either buy or increase my cash position. I will be much more cautious on buy calls after the disaster I experienced in November but I am going to dip my toe back in the water on OUST.

I follow everything but this. Wouldn’t it be a cash secured put? Or “selling a put” rather than BTO?
When I see BTO Put I think, “just going short, not collecting premium”

You are right it would sell to open put not buy to open. Buy to open call is what I meant to say on calls for OUST. I need to be careful because of what happened in November.

I think it’s an excellent strategy.
You’ll be stacking weekly cash or buying in cheaper plus premium.

The only move I’d make on OUST calls, and I’m not doing it, would be something like 5/22 $45s.
I’d stay small and settle for 20-40%

IV is simply too high to stack 2027 and 2028 calls right now.
What a difference five days can make.

You’ll like seeing this then…
I’ve got a sell in the 37s for overnight on my 71 shares. Hoping to free up a bit of cash for any dip in the morning, or, I may even try adding YSS.

The TAM will grow exponentially.
This kind of stuff solidifies the thesis.
They all need vision.

I think it’s just broader market games in hot names.

Look at NBIS, BRUN, AEVA, etc.

Downgrades today on NBIS and OUST, which is beyond absurd.

I think someone just wanted in…

I believe you are correct!

Both ridiculously good companies. A downgrade for either is certainly a short-sighted mindset.

Bought some shares of OUST, BRUN and ENPH. Also did cash covered puts at $25, $29 and $32 on OUST. Also cash covered puts on NBIS at $175 and $200 all expiring Friday.
