No. Odgen Park, Bernard Terrace, and the Old Goodwood portions north of Government are just fine.

I think that a tough area for rentals. most people don't want to live on the other side of government as I like to say. Also a 2br rental doesn't have the up side that 3br have. but if they bought it at the right price non of that matters!

I have a friend who owns a house in Bernard Terrace and rents a 2/2 for $1200/mo. I'd say that's pretty damn good.
