You probably also want to watch videos on how Ethereum and Solana work since those are the biggest blockchains for NFTs.
One thing not mentioned in the flipping videos about buying the floor: that strategy assumes you have a constant trend line in the prices. If the prices are in a sharp down trend (due to a negative announcement for example), you may lose money if you try to buy and flip the floor. Also if you have a smaller budget, I'd start with Solana since Ethereum network fees are insane.
Also keep in mind that the NFT market is down right now so profits are a little harder to come by.
Also, make sure to do your own research too. Profitability isn't guaranteed and it's easy to lose money in this space.

The runes blew up last night after the Coinbase tweet, Nansen AI posted that it got aped into right after that, the quick guys 3x4x their buy in within minutes

I'm balls deep in it and it makes my head hurt. after the last few weeks I'm legit a bit burnt out and need this little flat spell so I don't have spend every waking minute on Twitter, discord or one of 5 market places

No doubt. I've been nibbling here and there but down overall right now. I dumped a decent amount of money in quick and at the wrong time of course. Holding quite a few likely worthless JPEGS. I love the space however, so I'm here to stay. Just gotta keep plugging away and show some restraint here and there. Really all I have coming up are Luna Crunks on Sat at noon (on WL) and Tower Sun. Feels good to take a breather. Good to see SOL bounceback today, hopefully for the sake of NFT's BTC takes a break soon.
For the life of me I can't understand why NFT's pump when the currency used pumps (SOL). Like shouldn't they pump when SOL is down?
