I mean that is really hard to say, everyone on here is different as far as income, end goals, etc..
Are you wanting to buy other coins or just BTC? I would just suggest you do your research and then do what you feel comfortable with. It's volatile and the swings are exciting and can piss you off.
I'm more of holder, I've been buying up XRP for the past year and half or so and holding them. Past few days have been good, but I have been burned on others. I just did alot of reading and research on Ripple and the company and liked what they are doing. We shall see.

brother I've been wanting to get this buy since Tuesday... literally .23 cents and now i'm watching it play at .90.. why is it so difficult to sign up for Poloniex or whatever.. shite

You probably bought as a limit order at a certain price. If the price goes up you will never get it. I had to cancel and rebuy at market rate.

Random thought from the Bitcoin thread on MSB. Some European Hockey team recently re-named their arena Bitcoin, and pay a player via BTC.

There are 3 tabs: Limit, Market and Stop-Limit(or something like that)
If you did Limit, it'll only pull the trigger when it gets to the price you picked, and it defaults to Limit. I messed up and did my 1st couple of transactions that way.
You want to be on the market tab, and you'll buy immediately.
