So are we expecting BTC and ETH to fall further before finally leveling off?

Just trying to figure out when to dump more money.

I expect them to both drop another 10 percent minimum in the short term

Nobody knows… my (baseless) prediction is we continue to sell off real hard and then have a short crypto winter. I can’t see another long drawn out crypto winter now that the asset class has so much exposure. Plus everything seems to have accelerated lately. Just look at what the stock market did during the Covid selloff.

I see 24k or even lower coming. Again. This is meaningless, but how I see it playing out.

Good luck with that

My goal is to acquire an entire Bitcoin before the end of the year. Hoping to take advantage of this dip but I'm waiting for it to go lower before I put in anything significant.

It's a pretty big test of the digital gold argument. Hopefully it holds. I know that's what we all want. It survived covid, but we also had a massive stimulus to hep out with that. Right now we have an uncertain economy and a war in Europe. Time will tell. My personal FUD is somehow BTC and crypto in general get caught up in the Russian sanctions fiasco and our government clamps down on it.

I think Russia views crypto rails as a way to bypass being disconnected from the SWIFT network if it comes to that, whatever that would mean for the space who knows

I firmly believe we will see this in the coming months

Yeah I saw Canada has recommended to all centralized exchanges to not recommend self custody of BTC on hardware wallets.

The battle lines for financial freedom are unfolding

I knew I should have sold at $3

I'm in the red on it now, think my cost basis was 90 cents. Tempting to just wash my hands of it and throw it at a better L1.

Honestly though, and I hate using this logic, I think Charles still has the cult following needed to get my back into the green when the market goes through a general uptrend and then I'll likely move away. Definitely a moment I should have listened to others here, I really though Sundaeswap was going to be the start of ADA being a real player.

I should have sold more at $2.90. My cost basis was a little over $1 and I sold all of my profit when it closed in on $3. I figured I'd hold on to some for the sundae ISO, but that's been a train wreck and not worth anything, so whatever. I'll just let my remaining ADA sit and stake and hope it goes somewhere in the future. I put all my ADA profit into sol, and well, that was good for a while until it wasn't. Still might be good, but not right now.

What I've learned is that I'm not smart enough to do stuff like that, and I'm not plugged in enough to find moonshots before they moon, so I should just DCA blue chips like BTC and ETH and be happy with my relatively modest returns. Maybe throw a few bucks here and there on higher risk things.

I’m torn on Ted commenting. While I agree with everything he says, coming from his mouth is going to automatically make a lot of folks run away. He’s always been a little snake oil in his delivery.

I do wonder how long until we hear the “bitcoin is fuming terrorism” drum beats out of Washington. I’ve already seen a few big media outlets priming that narrative.

yea Bitcoin can used by good and bad guys.. just like a road or an airplane or whatever.

but you're right I'm sure the media will psyops middle bell curvers into thinking it's for terrorists now.

really hope they don't turn it into this red vs blue thing

It’s already inexplicably heavily attacked by the blue team. Lizzie Warren is enemy #1.

If she’s against it, I gotta buy more.
