I primarily use kucoin for an exchange, but I onramp from my bank to coinbase.
Price is irrelevant. Market cap matters more.
I like the whiteboard crypto youtube channel for basics. You should start from the beginning.

I don't really use centralized exchanges anymore but typically when I did I went through coinbase pro.
Metamask is the main wallet I use and Kepler for Cosmos network. I listed the exchanges I typically use for each chain.
The flow I typically used was:
Bank > Coinbase Pro > Buy AVAX on Coinbase and transfer to Avalanche network on my metamask wallet > Trade on TraderJoe on Avax network or use Synapse Bridge to bridge my coins to other networks (Matic, Harmony, Aurora, etc)
Not really sure about a Wiki, but I initially learned everything about Metamask and Defi from the Voskcoin youtube channel. Now I get all my info on twitter.

Sundaeswap announces an official launch date and ADA is trying really hard to claw back some losses. If sundaeswap can prove it can be done, maybe Cardano won't flop.

I have all my ADA sitting in an approved scoop pool, so we'll see. I sold my initial buy-in, so at this point it's all langiappe. The math of the ISO amount isn't in my favor to get much, so whatever.

When trying to setup an account with Binance.com, it doesn't give an option for the USA. Can you use Binance in the USA? Can you put in another country or will that mess things up? Also, similar question with Kucoin.com. It lets me create an account, but there is no USA option when I go to verify. Any advice.

Binance.us is the American version. I do not know much about Kucoin.
