To be fair to Buterin, he was asked when Ethereum will be complete with his vision he set out on, not when 2.0 will be complete. He said the PoS merge makes Eth about 60% complete. Sharding is next up after that and will take it to about 75% complete. The recent Bankless (I know) interview with him is actually a really good technical overview of their future roadmap. It really is worth a listen even if the hosts are turds.
All that said, he also said none of the new upgrades will do anything for gas prices. Those will remain high and retail needs to get used to using L2.

Had a good bit of money in TRI-USDT(270%), TRI-NEAR(200%), and NEAR-UST(100%) pools and sold it all off when everything started looking bad the other day. That money is still in stables :|

No I sold at around $17 then it dropped the next day, so it's not that bad. But I've also been buying in / and farming since around $6.
I also saw a whale that had been farming on DFK for a while and not claiming his Jewel finally claimed and it was around $52mill worth.

its defi kingdoms on harmony one chain- its a dex, game and nft marketplace all in one essentially. comfy music. organic community. merging with other chains soon etc
you can buy hereos and go questing or just harvest jewel in the gardens. game is only a few months old
