every newbie enters the space thinking their CEO coin is the next bitcoin

it makes no sense whatsoever, you literally can never recreate bitcoin ever again

El Salvador opened the door. At this point in the game, it’s basically a financial arms race to see what country can buy/mine the most Bitcoin to secure future monetary growth. Countries aren’t buying or mining whatever new money grab coins that are being made.

Alts are doing well today. Btc looks like it had a little bump in the road this morning.

Why do the crypto elitist feel the need to dog other people's play? Why are we not above that? Can we please stop trolling so we can all make money?

BCH still has some ardent believers but to me it seems the market has spoken and there is only one true Bitcoin

ETC, no clue why it’s relevant. Hope it stays PoW so there is something to mine with GPUs once ETH 2.0 comes out

With the SEC and government, POW looks better and better every time Gary opens his mouth.

Basically, they can fit every single POS coin into the "Security" terminology if they so choose.

What would be the value of etc, since it is known as the blockchain that got hacked? Would it still be fixable/secure?

Once ETH moved to 2.0 I wonder how much better ETC security gets if bash power gets directed towards it

I have no clue what their plans are. Any dApps on ETC?

No clue. It would be better to fork ETH just before 2.0 IMO if there was consensus on staying POW. Miners could pull it off and it could work if any of the "layer 2" solutions gain big traction.

I personally think POW is just better and all the low fee transactions can easily live on layer 2.

It is also possible a new project immerges.

But I do know this, ETH will never meet a deadline and 2.0 is likely still over a year away.

Questions for the board simply for my own curiosity.

What percentage of your net worth is currently in crypto?

Do you plan to increase or decrease this percentage in the next 6-12 months.

I'm at about 10% right now. Plan to increase.
