Prediction pre and post release? I expect a pump in anticipation, but no idea how big this is for it as an upgrade

So once the pulse hits, will the staking mechanism be the same? Except I'll just need pulse to pay the gas fees for the phex I'm staking?

Yes staking will be the same and any stakes you currently hold will be copied over 1 to 1 for free as well.

I'd say these things are typically sell the news type events but ada has resiliency so I'm not sure anyone can guess

indeed. we can buy bitcoin now on the strike app for basically free so this was a good pivot from coinbase
I got an email saying that I was off the waiting list. I guess I have to go through all the KYC BS, though.

I have strike now but i've only bought a small amount with it. You can send off BTC but you can't deposit it like cashapp.

No fee to transfer cash on, no fee to buy btc. Badass.

Shorted ARK Invest’s innovation fund recently too

He must not have gotten the memo that short sellers get wrecked these days

I don't understand how anyone can think shorting Bitcoin is a good idea.

I've yet to hear one good argument why it could go down.

Demand goes up every year while supply goes down. When the ETF is approved, it's going to go ballistic.

i was skeptical of crypto for ages. awhile back i said F it. i do not care if it is used as real currency or monopoly money if it is being traded and i can profit i will do it.

so i jumped in and bought bitcoin and cardano

so far i am up in both.

Yep, worth it IMO. I'm supporting Strike before I support any of these other centralized exchanges

People are usually leveraged shorting. Only looking for a small drop which happens all the time. BTC went from 21k-3k. Very well may go from 100k to 25k. People who bet that way make tons of money.

Fair point.

I think we have reached a point on the adoption curve where that is highly unlikely but I get your point.

Strike is great. Been using the free bitcoin purchases I just need a friend to be able to send payment to with it.

it's a roller coaster ride. If you are new the mantra is HODL (hold on for dear life) and accumulate when its low, never panic sell during a crash.

Portfolio theory varies but I think it's healthy to have a 50% Bitcoin, 25-35% large cap projects, and then scattershot towards some of the more niche projects with the remainder because they've got major rocketship potential but won't hit you too hard if they falter.

He's like the degen that won big at blackjack once. He keeps coming back to the casino to get that second shot of endorphins.

Also, once this pulse airdrop hits, do we expect a huge dump? I thought I read that a huge percentage of hex are not staked.

Likely ehex will drop after the snapshot date. However, you will get a copy of your ehex on the pulsechain (called phex). I expect phex to do extremely well. Just sit back and relax.

I hope you got some pulse also.
