Stock to flow
TA
astrology
palm reading
some nerd on reddit running sims

IMO, all equally reliable as any other explanation for BTC/crypto price movements.

Pretty much. Unregulated markets are fun.

Got my Coinbase acct hacked and coins sent to another wallet, not a good feeling. I used authenticator and had a strong password so I don't know how they got in. Luckily my ETH was staked and I have coins in other wallets but it still sucks.

Umm what? How is this even possible with authenticator? Something isn't adding up

that's concerning and I'm sorry you have gone through that. I also use Google Auth and from my perspective someone had to have access to your phone and have knowledge of your password? Guess the ETH staking lock actually can be helpful sometimes.

I've got my funds split between a Ledger Nano S and my Coinbase account but I find myself moving more and more to the cold wallet over time.

Yeah something isn’t right if he used google authenticator.

Even sim swap won’t defeat that.

I used Google Authenticator in my laptop computer because I could not log into my cell phone like I normally do. (That should have been the first sign).

I feel like bullish sentiments are re-emerging with retail, but that might just be gas

eth pump is off the back of the hard-fork soon.

it's worth mentioning that while good, neither BTC nor ETH has actually broken out of any range...yet.

The ETH fork is interesting and quite the unknown moving forward. I don't know whats going to happen once the protocol changes. It will be easier to gauge once we see how BTC reacts if ETH starts pumping hard.

eta: BTC is in the process of breaking the recently-formed 35k resistance zone or getting rejected a second time in 3 days (actually 6 if you count the 1h candles)

Looking like it’s chewing through 35k. We may get a retest of 42k this weekend.

Same. I was actually hoping for btc to remain flat while eth ran because it would actually signify something different and the protocol fork could influence serious change early, but right now looks like business as usual.
