Nope this was projected. Got to 0.388, taking now. Wish they would pump xlm but market cap is way too big. Already down to 0.33.

I'm talking about the overall market bull run, not this run up to $0.38.
XLM is likely to gain more momentum and hit $1 during 2021.
During this uptick, I agree with the graph you posted. Those are the next key resistance levels. After those break, it could run up quick before next pull back. Maybe around $0.70.
