That's what I did last week. Bought back in on the pullback in order to get above 100 shares, and just used that on a covered call

reading through the investment thesis i generated a few pages back and summarizing...
this coreweave rugpull is going to be nasty.
microsoft, coreweave, openai, nvda... all just sending $ back and forth. which is cool and all, but coreweave suddenly becoming 72B market cap as a middle man, just isnt jiving with me.
So micrsoft kicks revenue to coreweave, in which nvda and openAI have large equity stakes. microsoft heavily invests in openAI, nvda sells coreweave the h100s on financed debt from convertible notes and other VCs... feels like one big circular bubble to me
yeah im mad i didnt get in.
. grats to all that did, and good luck to those still on the front lines
quote:
Strategic Tech Backers: Microsoft, Nvidia & OpenAI
CoreWeave’s momentum is strongly supported by deep ties with three of the most influential players in AI infrastructure:
?? Microsoft
Invested over $1 billion in CoreWeave through a 2024 cloud infrastructure deal.
Uses CoreWeave’s GPU cloud services to expand Azure’s AI capabilities without relying solely on its own data centers.
The partnership reinforces Microsoft’s scaling needs for OpenAI and enterprise customers.
?? Nvidia
Early and strategic investor; CoreWeave is a top Nvidia GPU customer.
Access to Nvidia’s H100 and upcoming B100 chips gives CoreWeave a competitive edge.
The relationship enables faster deployment of AI workloads and early access to new hardware.
?? OpenAI
Though not a direct investor, OpenAI’s workloads reportedly run on CoreWeave infrastructure via Microsoft’s orchestration.
CoreWeave plays a critical role in supporting GPT model training at scale.

Microsoft doesn’t own OpenAI, but it:
Has invested billions
Runs their cloud backend
Commercializes their models in Microsoft products
It's a powerful strategic alliance, but not an ownership or acquisition.

A low float may be the biggest factor in the parabolic movement.

As of June 4, 2025, CoreWeave Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWV) has an estimated public float of approximately 265.92 million shares.
Key Share Metrics:
Shares Outstanding: Approximately 361.88 million shares.
Public Float: Approximately 265.92 million shares.
Insider Ownership: Approximately 33.45%.
Institutional Ownership: Approximately 53.00%.
The public float represents the number of shares available for trading by the public and excludes restricted shares held by insiders and major shareholders. A smaller float can lead to higher volatility, as fewer shares are available for trading.
Please note that these figures are subject to change based on company actions, insider transactions, and market dynamics. For the most current information, it's advisable to consult official filings and financial news sources.

In other words, there would need to be a reason for Nebius to lose 25% of it's market cap.

Are you investing in the company? Or trading the company?
If investing. Load up and average down, this market could crumble still to early April numbers or worse. Load the frick yo if you believe for the long haul. I’m looking at under 30. My average is 34 and I bought last week.

Feel like we’re going to have an old school crypto situation where people would take their gains out of btc and put them into other less expensive stuff. People are going to sell crwv gains and put them into nbis.
