ere's to making some money next week. It may not be what we envisioned, but I just want to get back a little of the buffer I had earlier.
I'm still up over 200% for the year, so that's good. I try to keep that in mind.
But, we will get there in time

I used the last of my free cash to buy a 11/21 $125 for 4.00. Hoping for at least 100% return next week.

We didn't make a lot of money today, but it ended on a positive note. Today gave us hope after a brutal week.
When this morning started, and we slowly drifted towards the low point of the day at 9:36 AM EST (but who was keeping track?), I thought to myself, hope probably isn't warranted, at this point. But dammit, this stock fought back, as it usually does, and we finished the day in the green and ended the week with hope.
Now, I want every one of you bastards to pick up your nuts off the floor and place them back in your nut sacks, positioned just right. I want you to go out and have yourself a great weekend. Have yourself a beer, tonight. Or pinot noir. Or even a White Claw, if you have to (not that there is anything wrong with that), and let's get ready for a great earnings week, coming up.
It has to be a great week, because I would rather sandpaper a bobcat's arse in a telephone booth than go through this week, again...
God Bless...

What a way to end the week. Man, who woulda thought we’d be positive today. Crazy, we are only down 5% over the last month. Feels like we are down 50%, well, I am cause I got foolish and too aggressive. Not this next run up. LFG NBI$

From what I can see JPM owns 1.38 million shares at $154.37 million, so that around $111.86 per share, give or take a $.
Edit: NVM I’m an idiot.

Forgot earnings day is a federal holiday. Meaning anyone clearing on Monday won’t get settlement until Wednesday. Bond markets are closed too. This could actually play huge on a beat or worse on a loss than typical.
Could be something for the reason of the crazy action end of the day and in AH

This thread should be a case study in the Fear vs Greed concept of buying stocks.

Depending on earnings tuesday as well as ongoing earnings... will we continue to see these takedowns by the big guys ie JPM? Are they directly or predictably connected to %short interest?
Would you say this was a large coordinated effort to target the sector by the larger firms or was the fear of overvaluation even slightly organic? Did the likes of JPM buy puts in ai related stocks and then start the offensive?

Can't tell for sure, but the answer is probably, "Yes". At least a little of all of that.
On a prior post, I touched on the fact that people are nervous and anxious about AI and don't understand what it can and will do is organic.
There was an opportunity, and they took advantage of it.
