Looks like shorts are hesitant near $100

That’s why the premiums on calls were starting to rise at $96 yesterday. Saw that as a good sign so I got in right there. We will see how they look in the first 30 seconds of trading and then I’ll decide my move for the day.

comfortable shorting around $110+

That’s why if we can get some momentum, this thing will be back up big pre earnings. Can’t imagine 25-27M shorts holding on earnings day. They will need to buy stock soon to pay back. Today and tomorrow will be interesting with the 2DTE. I’d expect a nice uptick next week as the shorts start covering. Just my guess though. Who friggin knows with these guys

What is the advantage of waiting at this point? Do they think they can get a better price? We all know it's going to go up, unless the earnings report is disappointing.

I could see a modest increase based on earnings if this was $140+, but at $100, the bump from earnings is going to be magnified.

Yes, and they probably want to see their puts hit, at least for 1DTE.

That’s the game and it sucks. Just don’t know when they will flip to buying calls and start picking up their shares.

There will always be shorts, don’t get me wrong, and that’s actually healthy for a stock to have some short interest. Just sucks when they are leveraging down your stock when you are heavily invested in calls

I'm more invested in calls than I ever have been.

It sucks that I chose now to shift into more calls, but I'm learning, and now that we are at the bottom, I see a tremendous opportunity to make money on the way back up.

I'm still exposed with 40 10/31 calls for $109 that I made when I thought the stock had hit the bottom at $105. I have a some 11/21 calls for $120, and everything else is in 2026.

I really appreciate your insight into why this is happening. I'm not on edge so much, and think I've got my options in the right place and ready to see this through the Clickhouse IPO, which I think is going to be big for NBIS.

I rolled all my October calls into 11/21, just feel like there is a lot more upside there. That’s the beauty of options when done right….if your options are down, you can move them out a month at a slightly higher target and buy them on sale as well. Doesn’t always work, but if you think it’s going to go up up up, it’s a good strategy

I'm thinking of rolling those $109 10/31s into 11/14 or 11/21 for $120. It will cost me 3 or 4 bucks a share, though. I'll probably wait and see if we spike today and if we go down, pull the trigger on the roll...

Do you have any other means to free up capital from any other current NBIS positions?

If you hold Jan/Feb/March calls you can roll in slightly to receive a credit to fund your Oct to Nov roll out.

I have the money on hand. I do have some $140s in Jan, Feb, and Mar. I don't need to raise capital.

I'm watching this little pop, and may pull the trigger, shortly.

Asking what you would. I have a couple 11/21, 150 and 155 calls that I bought near the high a few weeks ago before the fall. Would you hold or roll to Dec. at a lower strike? I also bought some Dec calls near the low this week thot are looking good right now.

I rolled some profits into 115 and 120s yesterday that are doing nice today, but still holding 140, $145 and $150 all for 11/21. I’m holding tight on them, but I didn’t buy quite at the high.

Im not touching my 11/21 stuff at all right now, not with 1 month and an earnings in there.

Actually selling them right now. Too much profit too quick

Hope stock doesn’t go down I’m going to do them in lots

I sold all my NBIS shares avg $27 that I kept waiting for a pullback and threw it into some options running up to earnings. All on 115c 11/14, it was a gamble but felt like a smart play at that time

Okay, now I am rooting for a midday pullback before a strong finish...if that is okay with the rest of the NBIS crew

I'm okay with a strong finish without a pull back, as well. Just finish strong.

A strong finish can get the short sellers to start buying back shares...
