The offering would be higher than the market share price so good….just not 10x good.

Just made a huge play on margin at the end of the day. Sold a lot of puts on margin with my shares and calls as Callateral….this fricker better announce earnings date tomorrow or Wednesday for a next week release. That would make this huge.

If you look at the run up to earnings, shorts have gone crazy, which is what we are seeing now….the result has been a big boost in stock along with a massive drop on shorts. Just saying, this is my play. If it doesn’t work for me, I’ll have start working back up over again, cause this company isn’t going anywhere

In the long run, it would not be good because we would no longer have NBIS shares. Microsoft would probably have to pay a premium share price to acquire a company that is growing so fast, unless they do it during an AI bubble when the stock is devalued.

I don't know if this is legal, but think about what would happen to Nebius stock price if MSFT cancelled the deal they made earlier. NBIS would collapse, and then MSFT could pick up the stock at bargain basement prices... Again, probably not legal, but I don't know nothing about nothing...

Pretty sure you’d have a multibillion dollar breach of contract suit on your hands.

Uhm, first off, it would never happen. These companies are going all in for Gen AI and what it holds for productivity and the future. Very similar to the virtualization boom in the mid 2000’s which paid huge dividends. MSFT deal wasn’t a secondary offering to their clients but an internal buy for their services and development teams.

Secondly, that would be free money printed to NBIS cause the penalty of canceling the contract. Also, that available datacenter space would then become available to others at a discounted rate but higher margin for NBIS

This behavior is being done by outside firms solely based on scare and opportunity of a run up. If it were truly a “bubble burst” the big boys would be lowering targets and then we would see a shift in internal actions by the internal holders….

ETA: lot of good news coming via LinkedIn about more global launch from Nebius. The only way they can get out information right now before earnings. Which is why I just bet a shitload this afternoon on a quick earnings date announcement for a soon earnings date

Hell…EVERYTHING about NbIs is bullish. There’s been nothing negative since the MSFT deal. This is market fear and shorting ops pure and simple ImO.

I am about ready get out of this. 1400 shares average 68 but I think we have peaked. I know nothing just the gut. Earnings can go south even with positive results. Will wait for a pump and get out

Increasing revenue by 350% YoY and on schedule to do so again in '26? Multiple hyperscaler contracts on deck? On top of that, the biggest news from NBIS may be from Clickhouse and Avride.

I think I'll stay in...
