CRWV spiked solely on NBIS getting the MSFT deal so don’t know why the opposite wouldn’t apply. But NBIS has usually climbed in the afternoon so let’s see what happens.

So CRWV is purchasing $6.3B in chips and NVDA is guaranteeing that they will purchase any unused capacity? I know that 90+ percent of NVDA's portfolio is on CRWV, so they are protecting their investment.
I thought CRWV had a $30B backlog - why would they need a guarantee from NVDA?
The only reason I can think of is that maybe one of the big two CRWV customers (Microsoft and Open AI) could be potentially backing out and CRWV is covering their assets???
