I just look at trending coins on birdeye and dex screener mostly. I've been rugged many times, so there is a learning curve. My biggest fault starting out thinking every coin is the next DOGE. I try to at least get my initial investment off the table and ride with house money.
This morning, my twitter was blowing up with the rug pull kid like i posted above. I thrown some at it just to see if keeps trending. At least I know, the rug has already been pulled on it.

You can buy just about anything on Phantom, but you cant sell from my understanding you have to swap it to SOL/USDC and then send it out to another exchange (crypto.com, binance, etc) to sell.
