All kidding aside, I wish you the best of luck getting through this. I have a 4.0 going into this last term as well, didn't want to jeopardize that and took no chances...

It's all good! Meeks stresses "figuring it out for yourself," and I do what I have to make sure my 4.0 stays intact. There are only 5 more weeks, so it can't be too bad, right?

I've been told he is a fair grader as long as you hit the objective of thinking critically.

That's the key.

baroqen and Glinda, if I can help on ISDS 710 in some way let me know. I have a pretty good handle on this stuff.

Thanks Geaux...I treat it as basically a giant Excel problem I need to make work and it seems to be ok in my head so far :). Gotta relate it to what you’re familiar with right?

Luckily my statistical background is pretty strong or I think I’d be really floundering. Will definitely message you if I can’t grasp something later on!

That's the key. So far all of the submissions for slide content from my team have been blind data dumps with no thought into connecting it to the rest of the course material. Meeks will eat that alive.

I just keep repeating to myself that an MBA was a good idea.

The sacrifices are worth it and you'll get through it. Keep your eyes on the prize.

I'm hoping they add more options for the spring semester. one or two instructors with just 99 spots in each class isnt nearly enough.

Be advised ISDS 705 with Lin is still only three test for you entire grade, but they are NO LONGER OPEN BOOK!
You are only allowed one 8.5x11 page front and back of notes for the tests.

I think the seat count is on two digits so it will show 99 until its less than 99. Most classes I've had in this program have had between 300 - 500 students.

Just trying to figure out what to put on my one page from six chapters of random IT facts is kinda annoying...

I don't have any IT background

Lin's ISDS 705 class in Summer AP2 was the exact same.

I made my sheet in Word, two columns, 8 point font, printed full duplex front and back. Make sure every list and every acronym that you find in the material goes on the sheet. I found it best to type up the notes as you read - anything that seems like you might not be able to remember should also go on the sheet.

This is right. I think myLSUS / Compass only shows a max of 99 seats, but these classes have as many as 500 people.

It's a great idea! Just keep grinding, it's only temporary with a worthwhile reward at the end.

super strange that the new course rotation lists BADM 790 (LT) as a spring AP2 class.......but there is no listing in compass. I wonder if they couldnt find someone to teach it.

He's good. Straight to the point and fair. He is very heavy on the reading each week about 40-50 pages and a quiz. The quizzes were kind of difficult with the wording, so you really have to understand the material and not memorize.

@GeauxUF.. how did your MADM701 with F Williams go? please let me know some details on structure of the course and amount of time spent on this.

I will be doubling up with FIN720 in AP2.

If MADM701 with F.Williams is heavy will do in Spring AP1 with Heller

Did anyone find out about ISDS 715? I just registered for this class and so far only comments and RMP seem awful. May switch for MADM751 and just worry about PMP later but would be nice to kill two birds with 1 stone.

I just signed up for Fin701 w/ Choi...the only choice in Spring AP2. Does he have a Final? Are his tests Proctored? Any other input? Thanks.
