Out of cash around December 2020 I think at current cash burn. They had like 20 months left back in May maybe.

I can't remember exactly figures. They better hope china tarriffs back off.

There is still value in the fact they have their FERC completed.

you can read some of it here

This is looking worse and worse and I’m starting to think magnolia is not going to happen. I am probably going to lose on this one and have accepted it

Doesn't it have to have a list price of $4 at listing to qualify to list on the Nasdaq?

using the TD Ameritrade screener there are currently 630 stocks listed on the NASDAQ that are currently trading at 3.99 or less.

my bad, missed that-investopedia says it needs to be 4 at list.

Listing Requirements for All Companies
Each company must have a minimum of 1,250,000 publicly traded shares upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors or any beneficial owners of more than 10% of the company.
Also, the regular bid price at the time of listing must be $4.00, and there must be at least three market makers for the stock.
However, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3.00 or $2.00 if the company meets varying requirements.
Each listing firm is also required to follow Nasdaq corporate governance rules 4350, 4351 and 4360.
Companies must also have at least 450 round lot (100 shares) shareholders, 2,200 total shareholders, or 550 total shareholders with 1.1 million average trading volume over the past 12 months.

Either way, no chance they list at under $0.30 / share so I'm expecting to hear a reverse split in the very short term future. I am thinking a minimum of 10-1 but may be more like 25-1
