Slang, which was mentioned on the previous page as having its IPO today, has risen from opening at $1.50 this morning to trading at $2.00 currently.

SWLA92, kgkg looking good! Picked up a few shares when you mentioned them in the penny stocks thread, wish I had gone heavier.

Why would they have audited Qs? Qs are reviewed, not audited. Where are these?

What I mean is that all of their financial statements are up to date and have been audited, because audited financial statements were required with the application for uplist to OTCQB. Last one I saw was 3rd quarter of '18. They've been posted many times on investors hub.

Dad, Does LVVV have financial backing?

There is at least one large financial backer that I've read about. In the filings that listed to major shareholders, in addition to the two main dudes CEO Bill Hodson and Pres./COO Cliff Rusin, there was another guy with tens of millions of shares, Murray Pasternack. He's an Attorney, RF Engineer, Entrepreneur, Business Consultant & Angel Investor. He's also the founder & CEO at EPCOA, LLC

quote:

Are there any projections on when the PR site will be operational and what sort of projected revenue can be expected?

No idea about their site, but in regards to revenue, here's a general idea...
Right now, there's the pod nursery at Coachella that is fully operational (has all county and state licenses required for nursery cultivation and distribution). That pod can hold over 16,000 clones per a PR video, and I've done the math based on photos showing how many plants per tray, how many trays per shelf, how many shelves in the pod, etc. It checks out. The average low end price for clones is @ $10, with a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks. So that one pod at full capacity can generate over $160,000/month. The pods are somewhere around 320 sq. ft. to my knowledge. They also have another pod for Coachella, but I don't think it is fully up and running yet. They also had a PR detailing a purchase order for 4 greenhouses for Coachella, each one at 3,600 sq. ft. So if they get all of that up and running, they could generate well over $7,000,000/month by my estimation (do the math). Keep in mind that they just got the state cultivation license there 4 weeks ago, thus only the one pod operational that we know of. They've been waiting a LONG time for that license and Coachella had practically been forgotten about since they got the county cultivation permit all the way back in March '18. Everyone was focused on the new Paso Robles property when the state license for Coachella popped up out of nowhere on Dec. 31. Now that Coachella is fully licensed, they have said that rapid expansion there will occur. I think this is critical because the instant revenue stream they can generate there will help fund Paso Robles and the other properties with little need for further dilution. The timing of this license worked out well in that regard.

They just got the Paso Robles county license a couple weeks ago, and are awaiting the state license there - this one should only take a month or two, not nearly as long as Coachella took for various reasons. They also have to build out the inside of the buildings now that they have the permit. But they have over 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor space there (2 warehouses), with 10,600 dedicated to a clone nursery. Again, do that math. Well over $5,000,000 possible from that square footage. AND they also have the option for another 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor space at that location.

They also have another location that has an operational greenhouse. It is being leased to a non-profit collective at the moment, but they've applied for licenses at that location as well. Once that is fully licensed, they'll give the non-profit the boot and start up operations there as well, with enough space for 5 greenhouses on the property - a potential of over $9,000,000/month there.

So there's still a long way to go before all of this is up and running, but if it all comes to fruition, you're looking at a company with the potential for of upwards of $20 million/month. They can be a MAJOR player in cannabis, and remember that all of the big companies had to start somewhere. As a cannabis company, this is a startup that didn't get into the business until 2017.

quote:

I appreciate all that you have posted so far but why does the president not talk up the company?

I wish I knew for certain. My guess, since they didn't get the state license until recently, Bill didn't want it to be seen as a "pump and dump" scheme like some have accused Livewire of being in the energy chew days. Now that we have something concrete in Coachella with revenues very close at hand, I think he is holding off on some things until after the uplist happens. The government shutdown delayed the uplist, but it should be coming very soon. Once that happens, I think we'll see a barrage of news. He has been much better with tweets regarding the licenses, permits, plants in the pod, etc. since the new year kicked off.

TigrrrDad, do you think the non-uplisting is still holding this stock down?

Yes. It's not that I think the uplist itself will start a consistent upswing, but that the increased exposure will give future news that much more impact. At this point we probably won't move much until revenues, and Bill could be tweeting or PRing about clone deals lined up, distribution deals in the works, etc. But instead we're just getting teaser tweets of plants in the pods but nothing specific. I think he is holding back on some things until the uplist is completed.

Until then, we're just subject to price manipulation until big trade volume returns. Heck, the shareholders on the money board literally would have enough power to manipulate a days trading with the shares we hold. But when revenues start pouring in we'll return to trading over 10-20 million shares/day again like last March-May.

quote:

You said you expected significant gains in the second quarter but this thing looks like it is going back to low .02s.

You can't look at this company's future based on the day to day share price - you have to look at what the company is actually doing and will be doing in the very near future. With the other cannabis companies that went from pennies to dollars, many just shot up like a rocket. Some went pennies to dollars in a matter of just 4-6 weeks. The price may fluctuate wildly until then, but when the big catalyst happens, it will shoot up quickly. When I talk about the end of the 2nd quarter as a benchmark, I don't mean that the price will gradually rise from now to then and peak at that time. I mean that's around the time I look at for huge things to be happening. By then we'll probably have multiple actual greenhouses producing at Coachella instead of just a small storage pod. By then the Paso Robles building should be built out, the state license should be in hand, and we'll have over 10,000 sq. ft. of nursery up and running. When those things are happening, I guarantee you this stock will not be trading at .025. But it will take some time to get to that point. Don't worry about what the share price is right now - when it dips, buy.

quote:

Are you buying more?

If I had more money to invest, I would. I'm at 500,000 shares and still haven't funded my 2018 Roth IRA with my conservative Vanguard target date fund. I've already invested through March's investment budget. I've got to get my other "normal" investment stuff funded, then if LVVV hasn't taken off by that time yet, I'll buy more. As long as they are still on track to do everything in their plans, which they have been doing to this point, then I'll keep buying when I can.

For those disappointed with the price right now, let's keep in mind what it has done since we started talking about it back in September:

- If you bought back then, you would have been at an average in the .04 range like I was when the stock shot up to the high .06s in October. That's over 50% profit if you cashed out then.

- If you bought at the end of the year like some did when it dipped to the .013-.016 range, you could have more than doubled your money if you cashed out in the 3s where we've hung most of this year.

- If you've been buying bit by bit during that time, starting in the 4s then dipping into the teens, you've probably averaged down to an average around .03 like me. Then you've had at least 3 chances to make 25% profit in the past 4 weeks when we've spiked to around the .0375 range.

- If you've been buying all along and are holding long, as the CEO said when he flew in to hand over my kid's stock certificate, "You're all going to be millionaires."

This guy gets it.

ETA: But I get it for some others too - some trade based on charts and what the share price does day to day, some trade based on what the company is doing. To each his own.

You should read JDizzle over on investors hub - that dude pumps so much sunshine, he has rays shooting out his arse. I just read up on whatever info I can find and relay it as factually as I can. I'm retired and the only other thing I will accomplish today is trying to beat my Koopa Cape time trial on Mario Cart or I might save the world by killing some zombies on Call of Duty. On a good day I'll throw down some good '80s metal on one of my 11 guitars. I follow this damn stock - and only this one - all day every day.

I typed those two walls of text just for you - that answer lies within one or both of those two novels I just typed.

ETA: Are you saying TL;DR after I typed all of that?

Yeah they had a nice little run wish I had more shares in KGKG but most of my shares are with LVVV. Still think LVVV is going to take off it’s just frustrating seeing it dive back down

Not at all. I just got put onto this stock through my kid’s connection, then started following it. I liked what I saw, so I started following it very closely. Very.

I was planning on adding 15k this week to get to 100k total but I think I’ll wait in hopes of teens. Gimme those cheapies.

I wouldn't wait too long to add that 15k. I believe .025 will look very cheap soon enough, and that price will be gone as soon as the uplist is announced and a few PR's are released. You might be kicking yourself for waiting.

That’s the way I’ve thought on most of my buys - when you think about it, you’re talking about tenths of a penny here. When I’ve had money available and the shares are cheap enough, just buy them. If it dips to extreme lows, look under the seat cushions or sell the family dog and grab a few more. It’s a tightly wound spring right now. It may be back into the .0teens later this week, but then again it may be in the actual teens if tomorrow Bill tweets that we sold $100,000 of clones and the uplist happened.

We’re past the stage where we’re still months away from a possible catalyst. Could be months if Bill gives us the silent treatment, but it could be days or even hours away. Coachella is producing clones and someone is going to buy them.
