I know you can do that on TD Ameritrade. It’s lets you select first in-first out, last in - first out, highest priced - first out, etc.

Realistically, you think this will get to .05/.06?
If we can get decent volume, that’s about where I expect it to get around Tuesday or Wednesday (which is what we ran up to when we got the distribution license in Oct.). But when we got the state cultivation license for Coachella a couple weeks ago, it was obvious that market makers were working hard to walk it down once we hit .037. However, they knew this news was right around the corner, so maybe they don’t work so hard to stop the run.
EXample: We just had 9 straight trades at .0309 or above, and then someone sets an ask of .03. A little while later back to back trades hit the ask at .0319, and the next trade they set the ask at .03. That makes no sense unless it’s an intentional walkdown.

I put a limit order to sell the shares at .05 after copping them at .029. Should I set that to .06 instead?

I just played around and found it. I definitely don't want to see the shares with the highest avg.

I’ll be doing highest priced - first out so it will show as less profit on my taxes.
And I want to keep all my earliest bought shares untouched because they’ll become a year old the soonest and thus will be capital gains instead of taxed as income.

My recommendation would be to keep a close eye on it and do it as a stop loss. You don’t want to set a price and have it sell if it is still rising. Just keep moving your stop limit up as it rises.

Those are in an attempt to flip so I’d want the most possible to buy back in with. With some of my other stocks (Like Hi-Crush, HCLP), it will more than offset the taxable gains of 25-30k shares of LVVV.

Just seeing the good news!
I'm not in this as a day-trader. No intent to sell and buy back. That makes me too nervous.
I'm in for the long hall. Hoping to sell my 300,000 shares when it hits $5 ;)

Not reading this massive thread.
Can you give me a brief synopsis of LVVV? They're a company that has infrastructure to sell cannabis and is just waiting on permits/licenses?

Started out as an energy chew company but switched the game plan to cannabis in 2017. Right now there are two main sites that are the focus, with others in the works. Their main revenue source will be clone sales to large growers.
Coachella: They got the Coachella county permit for cultivation around May '18, then just got the state license on Dec. 31 '18. They currently have a pod full of their first batch of clones (they have over 160 strains available), and that pod can hold over 16,000 clones. Turnaround time on clones is 3-4 weeks. Average sale price is around $10 for small plants, around $17 for teens. They also got a distribution license in Oct. '18. I think they also have 4 greenhouses at this site but I don't know the status of those right now. Rapid expansion is planned at that site since they have all the licenses/permits needed to function.
Paso Robles: At that site they have two warehouse buildings totaling over 21,000 sq. ft. Around 10,600 sq. ft. of that will be dedicated to a cultivation nursery. The pod is 320 sq. ft. with only 8.5 ft. ceilings and holds over 16,000 plants, so do the math. Today they received the county permit for cultivation there. They now apply for the state cultivation license at that location while they build out the warehouses for the nursery and other uses. They are the first clone nursery permit in San Luis Obispo county.
Permits applied for at 1 or 2 other locations. They have some other things in the works, but that's the meat of it.
Share price is around .03 right now. Last May it hit .08 when they got the Coachella county permit. Dropped to the .04 range then hit .06 in October when they got the state distribution license. Dipped down to .015 - .02 range late December with tax sell off.
They also applied for an uplist from Pink to OTCQB in November, so that is expected any time now. There have been multiple cannabis companies that have gone from pennies to dollars in a matter of weeks (some have hit over $13/share from penny land). Some have done it with zero revenues. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor for one that has that potential and is doing it the right way with full compliance.

Who the frick is dumping this at .027 when there are buyers galore at .031? It’s almost like they don’t want this to go up...

Good question. Had an order in for 30k more at .028, hoping it hit.

I don't understand how it sat at 0.027 for an hour earlier with no movement, then creeps up to 0.032, stalls back around 0.03-0.031, THEN someone decides to sell at 0.027 when there are buys at 0.03.

That has to be market maker manipulation. It HAS to be.
They won’t be able to stop it Tuesday imo.
I’m sure there are plenty investors out there who buy and sell it strictly on the charts and are oblivious to what the company is actually doing, but this doesn’t even make sense if you’re going by the charts.

The volume today is HUGE compared to average. Almost 3x as much. The frick is going on that it’s being driven down

I sent it to a bunch of buddies that love to play the pennies and they all bought a fair amount.
I know that's not the 3x increase, but I definitely got the word to friends

Last year had some runs of up to 40 million share volume in a day. The more that know about it, the better. Hopefully we get that uplist soon and we’ll have a much larger audience.

So, the uplist from Pink to QB will increase stock value on its own?
Forgive me if I ask a stupid question(s), I’m feeling my way here.

An article I read recently said on average there is a 25-30% increase in share price on uplist. Though for some it’s 0, some it is 100% gains or more. A lot of brokers who won’t trade pinks will trade QB. The added SEC filings, audits, and transparency legitimize the company to an extent, since so many pink sheet stocks are scams or pump & dumps.
I’m no real stock guru myself. Everything I know, I’ve learned since last summer. But I have followed this stock very closely.
