Sorry, my post was probably confusing. I'm not trying to time it, I'm just looking to get information on the uplisting.
My understanding is that if the uplisting happens, it'll come with more regulatory oversight. I'm asking if other stocks, such as HHPHF already have that type of increased regulatory oversight.

I believe HHPHF is also currently Pink.
And you’re right - much more SEC oversight. All filings must be audited, and certain forms must be filed on a regular basis - thus much more transparency.
Also, any time you see news regarding GHC Ventures, that is a wholly owned subsidiary of LVVV, so one and the same. The pods in Coachella and the Paso Robles nursery are both being done through GHC.

HHPHF is on the OTC Pink market just like LVVV - they have the same amount of regulatory compliance at the moment. Which is the bare minimum.
There are 3 levels of OTC markets:
OTC Pink - The Wild West. They do the bare minimum to comply.
OTC QB - 2nd Tier. They conform to more regulatory controls, such as managment certification and annual reporting verification.
OTC QX - 3d Tier. This is the best OTC market. They adhere to higher financial standards. This is basically the stepping stone to markets with an actual trading floor such as the Dow Jones or Nasdaq.
It looks like LVVV recently clarified the management certification portion with this latest set of documents, if I'm reading it correctly.

This thing is so ready to pop. PR on the Paso Robles permit Tuesday...if that were followed by the uplist a week or two later, followed by a receipt for $150,000 clone sales in the first month at Coachella...
