That claim blew my mind

It's pretty much why I re-brought it up. Even with a 2000% jump in "revenue" the stock gained zero traction.

Is it possible Bill hung the hook out there of a uplisting to play “investors”, knowing that he couldn’t do that because he was manipulating the books?
Honestly, initially I think he thought he could pull it off because he knows his idiot followers would ignore the fact he was manipulating.
He got the 2016 and 2017 audit done... and it showed the world what he was doing (although the financials were still woefully inadequate and violated multiple standards). Wiped off 8 quarters of revenue in a snap.
So I think he thought he would be ok. What he misjudged is the financials (and his subsequent Q's) were still so bad that they had no hope of passing any kind of OTC review (which is such a low bar - it is amazing).
Trust me, if he comes out next q and reverses some of the fake revenue, 90+% including Dad will still support it and come up with some lame excuse.
And the ranch is not on the books because (I suspect) they don't own the majority of Estrella Partners. In one press release they said it was a wholly owned sub. I don't think it is. They may have a small piece and be the manager but that is it. Look to who provided the $4.2 million loan to go along with owner financing.... sure the hell wasn't LVVV
Edit: And keep in mind, Jimmy Connors obviously did his due diligence so we know this is good lmao

Yeah that’s what I initially said when Q2 was released.
And Connors has retweeted about 8 times about LVVV

Looks like GBLX sold off 50% of the company to Wellcana.
ETA: actually Wellcana owned 50% already so now they own it all outright. Lafayette company. This seems like LAs most organized operation with the best gov goodwill and will probably keep riding.

CGC dropping almost 8% today.
Some articles talking about the stocks decline this year. Although one seems more like a told-ya-so article. Interesting to watch this one play out as it’s still one of the big boys of weed stocks.

we appear to be in a slump right now.
if the house passes the banking bill we should see a pop in prices across the board. and if the Senate passes we will see canopy be the biggest in america via the acerage holdings deal executing.
that should inflate the bubble big time. if it doesnt move any needles it either means its DOA at Senate floor or the president wont sign.
also lvvv sucks

The house passed it.
It may be DOA in the Republican controlled Senate though.

I would. assume so they're much more about principles than practicality. so they'll say its illegal at a federal level no banking till someone convinces us to legalize most likely

The president of LVVV resigned. Why would anyone willingly jump off of a money rocket ship?

LOL And this was the guy per the pumper on the IH that was running Paso Robles and Coachella while Bill focused on the farm lol Oh wait, the President and, as Dad put it, the 'excellent' horticulturist...you know whose clone shop failed before joining the wisdom and brilliance that is LVVV.
Between him and his son - he has been given 50 million shares in the last year or two. So stunning (lol) that he doesn't want to see this juggernaut through.

I think we should nominate Dad for the open position....he may be able to pump this enough to new investors that I can get out with a minimal loss.

I’m getting smoked right now
I made investments around the time of the IPO of the MJ ETF. It did well at first and has been tanking like a mofo. Embarrassingly, I’m down about 46% on the one ETF. Luckily I’m well diversified. I knew it would be a volatile stock and a long term track but this sucks. I don’t even like pot
