This is the sale that sets up the fire sale to whoever on LVVV’s payroll wanted to own the property in the first place

Using stockholder’s money of course

I tell you what, Bill H has played this tried and true penny stock scam to a T

21,000 acres is for $35M, not $5M.

Now the bad, the whole ranch is selling for $1,646.36 an acre and LVVV bought only 265 acres for $22,641.51 an acre.

Even at double what they were asking, price should have been a little under $875,000

InvestorHub hasn’t realized that Bill paid over 15 % of the asking price of the entire ranch for a little over 1% of the property for sale

For the first time, I actually agree with you.

I think we just bought Bill's retirement home.

I'm not going to argue the principle, but I'll argue my math. My "estate" (lot) is 30,000 sq. ft. But if I sell you the half with the house on it, that's a hell of a lot more per sq. ft. than the back yard.

But again, I bet Bill will be moved in the main house and lounging out by the pool by the weekend, if he isn't already.

ETA: Obviously the area of the property in the first pic would cost far more per acre than the area in the second pic:

And the majority of the full 21,000 acres consists of the latter. They purchased the "good" part - thus the much higher price per acre.

ETATE: If you zoom in really close on the first pic, I think that’s Bill by the pool with a pina colada in hand.

Holy crap! I sold before close today. All I can say is...

THANK GOD!

I can only imagine the boardroom conversation: “Hey, we are hardly making any sales....I know! Instead of trying to cut costs, improve operations, and perhaps ramp up marketing efforts, LET’S BUY REAL ESTATE!”

GENIUS!

People are going to regret dumping today. There are reasons for what is happening today that are not what people think.

I mean, I guess I've always wanted to own a cattle ranch in California, Tigerrdad can pretend to be Hoss... When he said we riding, I didn't think he meant literally.

I'm still in... Wtf ...

As much as I hate the move, I don’t think it will adversely affect the share price. If anything, this probably gives it a decent bump tomorrow. And it’s entirely unrelated to the share dump you saw the other day, so that changes nothing. I’m still all in on my expectations for around the end of the summer (or when Q2 revenues are released). And I won’t run and hide if it’s a disaster - I’ll be here to take my lumps.

But I’ll also be here to gloat.

He who laughs last...

By the end of the year, if LVVV hasn’t delivered more profit to me than VTSMX would have in the same time period, I’ll take my 3 biggest detractors to Ruth’s Chris on my dime. Igoringa is first on the list.

Let the record show that it’s 500,000 shares all in at $15,422.75.
