Another point since we’re critiquing: If their business plan is solid, why don't they go to the bank and get a conventional loan versus loaning out to all these random people?
A business plan would show projected sales and give lenders the confidence to fund LVVV’s operations.

Hard to get a loan when it’s still federally illegal vs state legal.
But your point on business plan is spot on.

Haha. Here on Wednesday morning LVVV is up 3% early....on a 2,000 share ($37) trade.
If a $37 trade isn’t the epitome of trying hard to give the facade of a stable stock price, I don’t know what is.

As a somewhat investing rookie... how do you find that detailed and discreet trade info? I have TD Ameritrade and app. Is that info viewable intra-app or are you researching elsewhere?
Just trying to learn a bit. Thanks!

I’m on the TD Ameritrade app.
When you enter a stock window, on the “overview” tab section, near the top is a “Last Size” field.

Its a lot easier to follow on thinly traded stocks

Because it is federally illegal, they are using these stocks as the bank. We are the bankers in LVVV scenario.
The only way they stop selling stock to get money is if they actually start turning a profit.
The only thing that is kind of a bright light in all of this, looking at all the people that are accepting stock as payment for services rendered. At least they are fully invested that this thing is gonna work.

VC’s spread money out pretty far. They invest in a lot of clunkers to get to their 2 or 3 businesses that make them money. I wouldn’t put a ton of stock into that number

The right move would be for Bill to step down and let the other guy run the show. At least symbolically. It may hurt his ego but it would make the stock price go up.

I have a prediction. I noticed a couple of cannabis companies executing a reverse stock split. Such as, 200 shares of common stock are converted into one share of new common stock, with all fractional shares being rounded up to the nearest whole share.
Seems like the next dirty trick of penny stock companies to squeeze a little more capital out of the stock holders.
I’m calling it first that LVVV is going to announce this sometime soon.

They will do it once it dips below a penny.
Will probably happen in June. I mean, we always predicted LVVV would be $1.83 / share right?

Ok. I’ll give you that glory.
Seems very textbook the strategy of the penny stock.
I learned a valuable lesson. Will be dumping this turd and moving on to more viable cannabis stocks.

So far what I have accomplished out of this thread is investing in nxttf and lvvv. Possibly the two worst performing cannabis stocks in the entire sector. Go me!

Well, I don't know how I feel about this yet (because it feels like Bill is now taking the company into yet another direction), but that is a lot of land in an area that will only appreciate bc it's in wine country. I do wonder how they got it for so cheap though, TBH. Either way, I do feel this is a positive and hopefully will at least put me back in the green with LVVV

LiveWire Ergogenics Announces Purchase of 450-Acre Historic California Ranch Property to Develop Premier Cannabis Operation in California
quote:
LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. ( LVVV ) announced today that its subsidiary Estrella Ranch Partners, LLC has finalized the purchase of a historic ranch property in Paso Robles, the center of the renown California wine country. Under the terms of the Purchase Agreement the first phase of the transaction, the acquisition of 265 acres has been concluded and the Company has executed an exclusive option to acquire the remaining 185 acres at any time within a 12-month period.
The Company intends to transform this majestic property into the world’s first “Estate Grown Weedery”, and develop it into one of the largest, vertically integrated, high-end cannabis facilities and wellness retreats in California.
The property, once owned by George R. Hearst, the eldest grandson of the late William Randolph Hearst, will be managed by LiveWire Ergogenics ( LVVV ) and host essential cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and research facilities. In order to fully utilize this exquisite property, the Company will also establish a cannabis-based health and wellness retreat and provide educational and recreational experiences for shareholders, industry partners, local governments and State agencies. All escrow contingencies have been removed and the Company’s newly formed subsidiary, Estrella Ranch Partners, LLC took possession of the property on May 23, 2019. Estrella Ranch Partners has already commenced with the permit application process and will begin retrofitting existing structures and necessary buildouts as soon as possible.
Bill Hodson, CEO of LiveWire states, “This is by far the most significant milestone in our company’s development and possibly the most significant real estate acquisitions in the entire California cannabis industry. During the last twelve months, our management team, legal, environmental and architectural consulting firms have concluded the extensive due diligence process and confirmed the suitability of the property for the operation of our fully legal, “closed-loop” cannabis production facility. We have closed escrow on the first 260-acres for $6 million with an exclusive option to acquire the remaining 185-acres. Estrella Ranch is located on the Central Coast of California, midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco and just 30 minutes from the Pacific Ocean. We will immediately begin developing it into the center piece of our business model with the goal to develop it into a shining example for the entire cannabis industry, and Estrella Ranch branded products soon will be recognized as one of the finest in California. We would not have been able to achieve this without the continuing support of our loyal shareholders and I would like to take this opportunity to thank these shareholders for their support in our quest to become a major force in the wellness industry.”
LiveWire will consider partnerships, joint ventures, strategic alliances and create networking opportunities with the best operators in the cannabis industry, exploring the opportunities for those companies to operate on the Estrella Ranch-Estate Grown Weedery property, with the goal to create a cannabis production and retreat of unrivaled excellence in California. Operations will include cultivation, extraction, lab and research facilities complimented by luxury recreational opportunities. The Company is also considering growing hemp to take advantage of the sprawling acreage and beneficial topographical features of the property. This will add to the value of the company’s already awarded Minor Use Permit for its nursery in Paso Robles and the State-wide California distribution license granted by the California Bureau of Cannabis Control based in Coachella, California.

Cheers from Barcelona. Let me be the first to call billshite on the surface.
They bought 265 acres for 6 millions with the right to buy the remaining 185 acres.
1). Remaining of what? That property is 21,000 acres and they wanted $35 million. LINK . Scores of websites show this. Did they pay 6 million for 265 when 21,000 is $35 million?
lol
2). Devoid of details like findingetc....
Fairly Hail Mary
