Ha! You might be wrong though.

She was a 26 year old firecracker from small town Mississippi. Smoke show. Definitely in the no-go zone on the Hot/Crazy Matrix.

received a call from her insurance company. She stated that I hit her, was an uninsured driver ( not true) and they intended to pursue me paying for the damage to her vehicle. They allowed me to tell my side of the story and said they would investigate. They were shocked that the damage to my vehicle was at the back (that blows a hole in the I hit her story) and they were unaware of a police report. She’s also claiming an inju
I am east going regarding fender benders. But I would make sure they call your insurance company. And given her bullshite I would definitely let them know how many headaches I’ve been having.

Everyone needs dash cams to put an end to this type of Shite.

I agree, but not sure that would've helped much in this situation since he was hit from the side.

Those are bad. In ten years she'll be fat and single on Tinder.

What's she going to do after you break up with you? frick up your car?

Your insurance company should be talking to her insurance company. Not your problem. Forward any calls to your agent/company

They needed his statement.
But from that point on, I agree.

Why? Are you assuming that he meant to move on without calling the police as well?

Your insurance company has a contractual duty to defend you with respect to her bodily injury and property damage claim. Have them repair your vehicle and then they have some skin in the game.

It would show he was in the travel lane and she was in a parking spot. Also, if they try to claim he should have used his horn, it would show wether or not he did and if there was enough notice. If the dash cam doesn’t see her reverse lights and backing up, no way he would see them.

Could also show the amount of impact when the car shifts from her hitting his rear panel

Appreciate the response. I see, and agree with, your point about the travel lane and getting a better feel for the impact.

I'm not so sure that whether he used his horn or not would matter. I don't believe that someone who is clearly the victim has an obligation to use their horn. However, if there is that obligation from the insurance provider's perspective, that video might just give her insurance the proof to partially deny the claim (assuming that he did not use the horn).

Yes. He was talking about intending to just get her information without a police report and just assuming she would tell the truth.
